Andrew (A.J.) Driscoll

Andrew (AJ) Driscoll is a partner in the Yrulegui & Roberts’ Fresno office. AJ has been Certified as a Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization in the area of workers’ compensation. AJ is a native of the Fresno area and returned following his Undergraduate education at San Diego State University. Following graduation, AJ attended the local police academy with intentions of becoming a law enforcement officer. A down jobs economy saw AJ deciding to continue his education, where he attended law school at San Joaquin College of Law. During his time in law school and early in his legal career he was working with the Mendota Police Department as a Reserve Officer. At this time, AJ continued to work as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff with the Madera County Sheriff’s Office. AJ sees his time spent in law enforcement as a positive impact to the community and a way to help others.
After passing the bar, AJ began working with Yrulegui & Roberts, where he since spent the entirety of his legal career. AJ also uses his experience in law enforcement to provide special insight into public safety and law enforcement defense. Outside of work, AJ enjoys sports and spending time with his family of four.
