Nick J. Kazandjieff began his professional legal journey in 1981 while still in law school when he was hired as a law clerk by the Law Offices of Sanford Gage in Beverly Hills, Ca. The Gage firm, a nationally recognized firm, focused on catastrophic personal injury claims, medical malpractice litigation, products liability claims and insurance bad-faith litigation. Working with consummate professionals at the Gage Firm Nick learned the nuances of civil litigation ultimately leading him to direct his attention and focus on medical-malpractice litigation.
After a decade of specializing in civil litigation and trial work, and by accident, Nick pivoted to workers’ compensation litigation. His focus since 1993 has been workers’ compensation litigation representing both insurance carriers and self-insured entities while also expertly handling selected major injury applicant cases. Thus, Nick brings a unique perspective to workers; compensation litigation having worked both sides of the aisle.
In the spare time he has Nick enjoys playing and writing music, playing competitive golf and spending time with his family which now includes two grandchildren.
